These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Two Sprouts Wellness website and the purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Two Sprouts Wellness is a small, Canadian business offering handcrafted soap products, including custom breastmilk soap made using client-supplied breastmilk.

 

Eligibility

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

 Products & Services

  • All breastmilk soap orders are custom-made using breastmilk supplied by the client

  • Products are intended for external use only

  • No medical, therapeutic, or health claims are made

Two Sprouts Wellness reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

  • Orders are processed only after payment and intake requirements are complete

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated

5. Breastmilk Responsibility & Consent

By placing a custom breastmilk soap order, you confirm that:

  • The breastmilk provided is your own (or your child’s)

  • You have the legal right to provide this breastmilk

  • The breastmilk will be used solely for your custom order

Two Sprouts Wellness does not test or analyze breastmilk and assumes no responsibility for its condition beyond basic handling.

6. Production & Cure Time

  • Breastmilk soap is produced using the cold-process method

  • Typical cure time is 6 weeks, though this may vary

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received

7. Shipping & Pickup

  • Local pickup and Canada-wide shipping are available

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Two Sprouts Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect address information

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Due to the custom nature of breastmilk soap:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun

9. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

  • Ingredient lists are provided for all products

  • Individual skin reactions may vary

  • Two Sprouts Wellness is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
